Scott Walker recently met with Texas Governor Rick Perry saying he was going to push through a even tougher version of tort reform then what's on the books in Texas. Madison attorney Keith Clifford joins me to talk about why this would be bad for Wisconsin and take power away from our justice system and our citizens. On top of that, it may even cost the state and federal government even more money than our current tort laws. This is just a give-away to insurance companies and not a solution to our health care woes.
